Encumbrance Search/Statement

You can search for difficulty online through Andhra Pradesh Registration Department online portal. Note: Online eEC is available for purchase post-01-01-1983 only. Hence if anyone requires EC prior to 01-01-1983, they should approach SRO office concern. Search for eEC can be made by Document Number or Memo Number.

For making online EC search visit igrs.ap.gov.in page and click on the encumbrance (EC) option.

Another page will open in the webbrowser you need to read an enitre document and after the click to submit button.

Search eEC using Document number

Select document number, memo number from drop down box, Select year of registration and enter registered SRO. Enter captcha shown and click on submit.

Search eEC using None option

The third one options in the dorpdown box is None. whenever you are selecting none option, Then the another page will open in the webbrowser. In this page you need to provide the information of your property. just like below details .

After the fill up enitre details then enter captcha code and click on submit button.

Applying Encumbrance Certificate through MeeSeva Franchise

If you want to apply your embrance certificate through Meeseva freanchaise then you need t to follow the enitre information of it.

Step 1: You need to visit the nearest MeeSeva Franchise.

step 2: take the application from of Encumbrance certificate. fill this form properly .

Submit an Application

Step 3: you need to submit an application in an ordered format for encumbrance certificate at MeeSeva Centre. you need to Provide details of the document, registration year and SRO name at meeseva center.

Fee Payment

Step 3: then , you need to Pay an applicable fee to MeeSeva operator for processing encumbrance application.

EC Processing

Step 4: The Ec Certificate will be processed online thorugh AP Registration Department . Whenever  EC application status will be updated then information will come to your mobile number through SMS.

Step 5: The concerned authority which is known as  i.e., SRO.  SRO will process the encumbrance certificate online and after successful verification, Sub Registrar officer will approve the encumbrance certificate request.

for getting Encumbrance certificate you need to follow the below steps of ap igrs website.

Step 1:  open he offical website for Go to Andhra Pradesh Registration and Stamp Department official webpage.

Step 2:  Select Online EC option from the homepage of igrs.ap.gov.in.  Then you will be redirected to another page.

step 3:   Provide the User Id and mobile number and apply the captcha code in the text box and press submit. If you are not a member then click on  not a member click here option .

step 4: Fill enitre details with  name, password, mobile number and aadhar card number then enter userid, retype the password, email id and your receident address.

Step 5:  you need to User credential will be sent through SMS to a registered mobile number.  Enter the mobile nubmer and one OTP come to your registrer mobile number Enter this number.

Step 6: Once you login to the page, from public online services select encumbrance certificate.

Step 7: In the new page enter the following details to get encumbrance and click on submit.

  • Document Number
  • Registration Year
  • SRO name /code

Step 8: Details of Property will be displayed, in that click on next button. Signed/Unsigned EC options will be displayed in next page.

Step 9: please Select unsigned certificate option from this page, the link will redirect to next page.

Step 10: You can see an option ‘select all’ on the left side of the page, click on that.

All details related to the property will be details Click on Print to download your Encumbrance Certificate.
